How to Use the Calculator

Your result will show the exact number of units to draw using an insulin syringe.
Weeks 1–4: 0.25 mg once a week
Weeks 5–8: 0.5 mg
Weeks 9–12: 1 mg
Weeks 13–16: 1.7 mg (if needed)
Week 17 and beyond: 2.4 mg (maintenance)
Weeks 1–4: 2.5 mg weekly (starting dose)
Week 5+: 5 mg weekly
Increase by 2.5 mg every 4 weeks if needed
Maximum: 15 mg weekly
