Dr. Gasgarth is a double board-certified plastic surgeon dedicated to helping her patients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally beautiful. Known for her refined aesthetic and caring approach, she strives to be a trusted partner on each patient’s journey offering both expertise and empathy.
A Florida native, Dr. Gasgarth graduated as valedictorian from Charlotte High School in Punta Gorda before attending Harvard College, where she earned her degree in Psychology with honors. She went on to complete both medical school and a general surgery residency at Emory University in Atlanta. She then returned to her home state for a plastic surgery residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Health System one of the nation’s top programs and a hub for aesthetic innovation.
Dr. Gasgarth further honed her skills through a prestigious aesthetic and oculoplastic fellowship with renowned surgeon Dr. Mark Codner in Atlanta, gaining advanced training in facial and eyelid rejuvenation.
Over the past eight years, she has built a robust private practice in Miami, West Palm Beach, and Melbourne, Florida. Her specialties include injectables, laser resurfacing, and face and breast surgery with an emphasis on achieving elegant, natural-looking results tailored to each individual.
When she’s not in the operating room, Dr. Gasgarth is a dedicated wife and mom, juggling family life with her husband, Anthony Romero, their three kids, and their adorable rescue dog, Rico. Her personal interests include live music, dancing, reading fiction, and cheering on her son Theo at soccer games.
